All Steel Access Floor panels are epoxy coated unitized shells consisting of a flat steel top sheet welded to a formed steel bottom sheet. Manufactured to exacting tolerances, these non-combustible rigid, solid panels deliver the ultimate in strength and durability with the convenience of lightweight construction.

Wood core Panels

Woodcore System

Woodcore panels consist of high density composite

wood core glue to and encased in hot dipped galvanized

formed steel sheets. These panels have a class A flame

spread rating and provide excellent rigidity, durability,

and acoustic performance.

Calcium Sulfate Panels

Calcium sulphate panels consist of 3 layer material.

● Top surface to be HPL/PVC/carpet tiles etc
● The core will be high density calcium sulphate panel with 25mm,28mm or 30mm
● Bottom to be galvanized steel plate or aluminum foil
● Four edges to be with black PVC/ABS tiles.
● High Load capacity and good antistatic performance
● Environmental protecting,waterproof,fireproof,rotproof
● Being stable to changes in humidity and temperature

▲ Stringers provide lateral resistance to heavy rolling loads& seismic loading.
▲ An integral component of PVTS FLOOR PEDESTALS are available,with high load strength. Achieve to different Flooring Finish Height(FFH).
